REGPAY AI PVT LTD ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the developer and operator of the mobile and web application "Rummy Bahar" (the "App" or "Service"), is committed to protecting the privacy of its users ("you" or "User"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect your information when you access or use Rummy Bahar.

Rummy Bahar is a free-to-play entertainment application offered solely for recreational and skill-development purposes. The App does not involve real-money wagering, cash prizes, or withdrawal of funds. Any in-App currency, chips, coins, or points ("Virtual Currency") have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or cashed out.

This Policy is framed with reference to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, and other applicable Indian laws. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the App.

2. Scope and Applicability

This Policy applies to all users who access Rummy Bahar from within India. The App is intended for use only within India and is not directed at, nor intended for, users located outside India. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals located outside Indian territory.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Information You Provide to Us

 Account Information: name, display/username, email address, and mobile number provided at the time of registration or login (including via third-party sign-in such as Google or Facebook).

 Profile Information: profile picture, gender, and date of birth (used solely to confirm you meet the minimum age requirement).

 Communications: information you provide when you contact our support team, respond to surveys, or participate in promotions.

 Purchase Information: if you make an optional in-App purchase of Virtual Currency, the transaction is processed by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store; we receive only confirmation of the purchase (such as item purchased and amount), and we do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank account details.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

 Device Information: device model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers (such as Advertising ID/IDFA), IP address, mobile network information, and browser type.

 Usage Data: gameplay activity, session duration, screens viewed, features used, in-App progress, game history, click-stream data, and crash/diagnostic logs.

 Approximate Location: coarse, IP-based location used only to verify that you are accessing the App from within India.

 Cookies and Similar Technologies: session identifiers and similar technologies used within the App and any associated web pages to remember preferences and improve performance.

3.3 Information We Do Not Collect

Because Rummy Bahar is a free entertainment product with no real-money gameplay, we do not collect government identity documents (such as PAN or Aadhaar), bank account or UPI details, or KYC information. We do not process any payout or withdrawal of funds.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

 To create and manage your account and authenticate your identity.

 To operate, maintain, and provide the features and functionality of the App, including matchmaking and gameplay.

 To verify that you meet the minimum age requirement and are accessing the App from within India.

 To process optional in-App purchases of Virtual Currency through the applicable app store.

 To personalize your experience, including recommending game tables or features.

 To send you service-related communications, updates, and, where you have consented, promotional messages.

 To monitor, analyze, and improve App performance, detect bugs, and enhance user experience.

 To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, cheating, use of bots or unauthorized third-party software, multiple-account abuse, and other violations of our Terms of Service.

 To comply with applicable law, regulatory requests, and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5. Legal Basis and Consent

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent, provided at the time of registration and through your continued use of the App, in accordance with the DPDP Act. Where required, we will provide a clear notice describing the personal data being collected and the purpose of such processing before or at the time consent is sought. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at the email provided in Section 14, subject to the effect described in Section 11.

6. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

 Service Providers: with vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, analytics, push notifications, and customer support, under contractual obligations of confidentiality and purpose limitation.

 App Store Platforms: with Google Play and/or the Apple App Store solely to process optional in-App purchases.

 Legal and Regulatory Requirements: where disclosure is required to comply with applicable law, a court order, or a lawful request by a government or regulatory authority.

 Business Transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy or a materially equivalent policy.

 With Your Consent: for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection, with your consent.

7. Third-Party Services and SDKs

The App may integrate third-party software development kits (SDKs) for analytics, crash reporting, and push notifications (for example, Firebase and comparable services). These providers may collect device and usage information as described in Section 3.2 under their own privacy policies. We require such providers to use the data only for the purpose of providing services to us and in a manner consistent with this Policy. We periodically review third-party SDKs integrated into the App to confirm their data practices align with this Policy.

8. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

Rummy Bahar may offer optional in-App purchases of Virtual Currency (coins, chips, or points) to enhance gameplay. All such purchases are billed and processed entirely by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store in accordance with their respective payment terms and privacy practices. Virtual Currency has no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item of value, is non-transferable, and is non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the relevant app store's policies.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Where you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes.

10. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure hosting infrastructure, designed to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, including the DPDP Act, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data:

 Right to Access: to obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing activities undertaken.

 Right to Correction and Updating: to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data.

 Right to Erasure: to request deletion of your personal data and your account, where no legal ground requires us to retain it.

 Right to Withdraw Consent: to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal.

 Right to Grievance Redressal: to raise a grievance regarding the processing of your personal data with our Grievance Officer identified in Section 14.

 Right to Nominate: to nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity, in accordance with the DPDP Act.

12. Children's Privacy and Age Restrictions

Rummy Bahar is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a user under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete such data promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at the email address in Section 14.

13. Data Storage and Transfer

As the App is intended solely for users in India, we endeavor to store and process personal data on servers located in India or with service providers that maintain adequate safeguards. Where any cross-border transfer of data occurs (for example, to a cloud service provider with servers outside India), we take reasonable steps to ensure such transfer is carried out in compliance with the DPDP Act and other applicable law.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as set out in our Terms of Service.
